Is it me, or is the bonesaw equipped with a syrringe??? Srry I dont play TF 2 for the PC. I have it for the 360.

Oh, then you're probably not aware of the Medic update which came out for the PC version. The Medic update gave Medic three new weapons, one of them being the Ubersaw. If you hit a person with the Ubersaw, it gives you 25% uber, which is why I was able to uber myself.
