@Fourmalletz I thought that religion was extinct!

@SteveW668 Theory: "the analysis of a set of facts in their relation to one another". The evolution theory is scientist's possible solution on how the universe was created and continued, through observation of facts. Theories are not facts, but a supposed guess on the truth. And why do you think just because he's christian, he hasn't read science books? I read them, I understand them, and they give me a much better understanding on how the universe works.

@Spocktacular96 I think that quote was referring to the U.S.'s motto 'In god we trust', and that the founding fathers were Christian.
-
@zippeddd That's Catholics, not religious people. I don't 'replace' my logic and thinking with blind trust, I try to fit the physics and theories of the universe with my religion.

@Clonetos I'm not trying to troll, I'm just trying to explain that if you are okay with atheists, you are okay with them believing in their religion, which would LEAD them to death. Although you never mentioned death, you are still letting your friends die BECAUSE they are atheists. I'm not trying to feed off of your rage, I just want to explain how ignoring your friends' problems is not friendly.

@fould13 Once again i never said anything about death YOU did I do not know him personally I am just a fan and viewer of his videos YOU are being a troll nay a parasprite so make like one and buzz off k because you make as much sense as a dog climbing a tree

@Clonetos "i never said anything about death i am saying i am ok with him with being an atheist" Being an atheist means that you think you are going to die, since there is no god to save you. It's like you and a friend are walking on a train track, and then a train comes along. You get off, while your friend says, "Don't worry about it, there is no train."; and since you're okay with it, you let him get run over. True friends care about each other, so you are not a true friend if you don't care.

@fould13 i never said anything about death i am saying i am ok with him with being an atheist I am not going to condem him nor am i going to agree with him besides I like paleo he is a smart man with a heart of gold. He makes good arguments in his cartoon reviews and i gotta give it to him for loving biology because of him im getting interested in whales which wouldn't of happened if I had not met him. and yes i have friends who are gay/bi/atheists so what just because of that doesnt mean nothin
-
@Clonetos So you're friends with someone who has total opposite beliefs that you do? You choose to live, they chose to die, you tell them "Hey man, I don't care, go die! I'm fine with it.".

@PaleoSteno Merriam's version of belief "a state or habit of mind in which trust or confidence is placed in some person or thing", you can choose your state and habits of your mind, so I think your argument is flawed.
I assume what you mean is, "I don't believe in God...pending further evidence." Otherwise, you're saying you have positive proof there is no God of ANY KIND (you can't prove a negative). OR perhaps you just prefer that there was no God, in which case, I predict that as life goes on and you start to experience the deaths of loved ones, you might begin to prefer that there was a God, and start looking for reasons to believe your loved ones are in a better place.

@RainbowPieTV I've already experienced the death of many loved ones and friends. I don't believe in god but I don't claim to know whether there is one or not. There hasn't been anything that would convince me otherwise. You're right that I can't prove a negative, because the burden of proof is on the positive side. Sure, I'd prefer there to be an afterlife or something, but I can't just choose to believe those things. Belief is not a matter of choice.

@PaleoSteno It isn't? Twilight "chose" to believe in Pinkie's Pinkie sense despite how it contradicted her perception of the observable laws of her reality. I choose to believe in God but my parents have never shoved that down my throat. (Especially as I've gotten older.) Not trying to sound disrespectful or anything! I just think that out of all the things the human mind is capable of, choice is one of the most wonderful because they are what makes an individual who he or she is.
