I been wearing compressions stockings for two years now after DVTs they are great and this video is very helpfull but I think the stockings for this woman are much too loose (slack) I have mine made to measure as every foot and leg is different even on the same body ....
So I would say have your leg(s) measured and have some made to get the right comrpession .... Perfect for flying and long travel even if you don't have a DVT yet ......Would you use a chocolate tea-pot?

@calif92627 That is such a great idea plus I have to admit I always like stockings with garter belts, but thought support hose were just too difficult to maintain. I can take my shower and then put them on before bed. Thanks so much for helping.

@kittkat42 My reason for the support hose is occasional swelling in the lower leg and feet. And because I like the feeling. For me to put them on in the morning just does not happen mostly for got to go. So I always put them on before bedtime. One of my favorite is the 30/40 shear support but then opaque for the colder weather.

I love this video. I just found out that I have to wear support stockings for the rest of my life, and putting them on this morning was hellish. I really appreciate the tips and I plan on buying that machine.

Thanks for the tip! I work for a DME company and we also offer support hose. I'd never seen that folding technique before. I will be using it in the future!
