I'm sure they're not allowed in city limits here either. As far as what you can buy, pretty much only the little fountain thingies are legal - nothing that spins or flies without some kind of permit. But flocks of North Carolinians go to South Carolina every year to buy whatever they want to shoot off here. That's illegal, but I don't think these fireworks laws are enforced too strongly as long as no one shows up with some C4.

How is the law out there as far as people owning and firing fireworks? Out here in dallas you can buy them but gotta shoot them off city limits. I have a blast each year!!
