The Airborne Philosophy of Gymnastics
Gymnastics is not merely a sport, it is a great activity for every developing child. The movement skills, balance, strength, and kinesthetic awareness ingrained through gymnastics will prepare your child for whatever physical activities and sports they pursue in the future.
Gymnastics also prepares children for life-not just physically, but also academically and socially.
Academically: Students gain memory and organization skills.
Socially: Students are introduced to the concepts of goal setting, hard work, perseverance, and cooperation.
Physically: With childhood obesity on the rise, what could be healthier than learning early that exercise is fun?
