Nah, Marlo told Snoop to ''Put it out there'' (On the Streets) that Randy was a Snitch, which means Snoop would have went out of her way to assure She told people who would tell EVERYONE, remember Randy was getting beaten in his School, thugs killed his Forster Mom and tried to kill him and then these guys in the group-home knew it straight away..
It just comes down to Snoop, really. I imagine Police bring a lot of these kids in anyways..

Yeah, you gotta hand it to him. I always thought he was one of the wimpier kids of the four, considering how he snitched to the woman there to save his own ass, but he definitely toughened up after the end of the second-to-last episode of the season. Fuck, he deserved better.
I sincerely hope Carver actually did pick him up after the 3 - 4 months and not just convinced himself there's nothing to be done.
I'm sorry, Randy was such a fucking badass for punching the one kid right before they jumped him.

this is a heartbreaking scene, but it has the silver lining of seeing Carver come full circle from a corrupt bonehead who only cares about arrest stats, to a truly upstanding officer who cares about his community
