Thursday Morning - Sam Bastable

I wrote this song after losing a close friend and seeing the difficult times afterwards. The song was written in context with another song ('We Are One') in which the girl gets very ill and passes away. This is a short time after that song.

It's the story of the girl's husband as he wakes in the morning forgetting all that has happened and being in blissful disillusion until the reality hits him and he has to come to terms with his loss and remeber the good times they had and her words to ease his pain.
