450This past season, Rubinero took up where he left off winning ribbons in dressage and proceeded to reach Inter I. He left his stallion performance test in Neustadt/Dosse as the 2nd Reserve Champion with a total index of 133.12 in 2003 where he received the maximum possible score of 10.0 for rideability. When he was fi ve he won novice (A) and elementary (L) tests for young dressage horses with top scores of 9.0, took bronze at the State Championships in Rastede and then participated in the Bundeschampionat.

In 2005 Rubinero again qualifi ed for Warendorf and won dressage tests up to medium (M) level. When he turned seven he easily passed the gate to advanced level. His very first crop produced several State Premium mares and later these youngsters were found in the riding horse lots for the Vechta auctions. In 2007 a black son from Rubinero's first crop was licensed in Redefi n and another son was admitted to the Oldenburg licensing. Rubinero enhanced all of the big auctions with many of his premium foals and was also represented at the German Foal Championships in Lienen.Rubinero is an almost exact copy of his sire, Rubinstein. His dam Faola was one of the better mares at her broodmare performance test (free jumping: 10.0).

She also gave birth to His Lordliness (by His Highness) who was later licensed as well as St.Pr.St. Cora Joelle (by Compliment). The dam's sire Ex Libris was trained up to Grand Prix and sired, among many others, Escapado/ Carl Hester and latterly Hans Peter Minderhoud/NED who was successful in World Cups. In the further generations of his pedigree you fi nd Furioso II, Inschallah AA and More Magic xx.

According to a gene test, Rubinero does not have a red factor, i.e. there will be no chestnuts among his offspring.
