Lucky you for both being French and being able to understand the original movies. I read Le Petit Prince in French and was totally amazed how lovely it was. It is probably time for me to start reading in French again (I ordered a book by Francois Cevert: La mort dans mon contrat) - so hopefully I will be able to comprehend it. I love French and France, and where else could Angelique have been born????

Since my childhood, I have been fond of France. Its history, culture, language... everything used to charm me. I don't know about 'nearly all men are gays', I remember having rather men who courted me or tried to...:-)

Anyhow, it doesn't mean that a woman as beautiful as Michele couldn't be born French. And, likewise, plenty of good looking, handsome, charming - and not gay - men.

I am also a Czech but I grew up in Germany as teenager and I love this film. When I moved to USA, I ordered all of them in German version and I paid my price.. all worth it.
