In your own time, breathe the earth energy up into your Solar Plexus Chakra. This is your connection point to your will, and your personal power. Visualize a yellow color. Feel and see it cleansing and expanding your Chakra. Now, in a sacred, spiritual manner, say, I am strong, and whole, and able to do all the things that I came into this life to do.
