@pisssssssed You shouldn't need someone to hold your feet when you're doing crunches because crunches only utilizes your abdominal muscles while tradiational sit-ups use your ab muscle and hip flexors.

When I did my crunches I kept my feet under something. I didnt realise I was doing it wrong untill I tried it this way and it felt so much better on my stomach like it was actually getting more toned.
