Pokemon Diamond: The Bootleg Version

The famous bootleg GBC Pokemon game, which has no relation to the official Pokemon Diamond for the DS.

This game, along with it's counter part Pokemon Jade, is actually a Japanese only GBC game called Keitai Denjū Telefang. Some Chinese bootlegger just translated it horribly and threw the name "Pokemon" on the title screen and on the boxart along with a weird dragon thing. The word "Pokemon" isn't even mentioned in the game, where the creatures are called "electric monsters." Gotta love the creativity. The game itself is weird and confusing (you'll see why), but I highly suggest you get a ROM of this game just for the translation. The Engrish is soooo funny.

Really, the engrish isn't as terrible as it's made out to be. It's still understandable. Also, the monster follows you? Way to be ahead of the game. The concept of simply catching the monster when it faints makes much more sense than just leaving it there to die. The "weird words" you complain about are actually just names. When you ragequit at the end, you were simply mad about grinding? The thing that's in every Pokemon game ever created? Screw you, this looks an interesting game. TL:DR He mad
