What do you dislike about his singing/voice?

With the description "bad voice" and this comment I expected something awful, but here I am listening to this with pleasure.

You've got a pretty voice, and you hit all the notes clearly. Sure, it could be mastered with some professional training - adding vibratto and more emotions - but then it's good anyway.
