    With an IRA LLC, you can't partner your plan funds with your wife's.

    With a Solo 401k, you can partner your retirement funds with your wifes.

    I''m retired on SSDI, my wife has an lLC where we have 4 investment properties in it

    I worked with the state of Florida, I have a pension set up but I if was to start getting my retirement from them they will deduct it from my SSDI so no profit there.

    I can get a lump some of around $40,000 in a IRA that want affect my SSDI check, can my wife and I open an account together, then buy more real estate
