"IF" is the keyword, Taliban arnt Terrorising according to the word "IF" its a FACT that they are so they are called terrorists. Zaik was using it as a mere sarcasm to prove his point.
Gosh you cant even read between the lines. Maybe in this day and age if i use terrorism as a joke you might look and nod your head, but on the other hand, its ok to make other more insulting jokes about religion, family, etc.
