@ledzeprocks21 Thank you! I totally fucking agree. My only issue with that is.. I AM a hardcore NIN fan of 15+ years, and I'm VERY happy to see Trent in this kind of environment, wearing the clothes that professionals wear to events where composers like him get tremendous recognition. People are so stupid. "Sell out" means someone who alters their music cause some rich douchebag told them to. Trent is totally independent and does whatever he wants. I'm extremely proud of him; he's a true genius.

@Hategrin sorry but just because someone gets famous, does not make them a God. None of the people you mention are Gods. Theyre very good at what they ... maybe it makes them a professional, specialist even, but not a God. BTW Sigmond spent much of his research time attempting to justifty, or try to understand his own attraction to his mother, among the libido and other things he discovered along his journey. Hardly a God in my book. Trent came a lonng way and still has a lot to offer.

@tattoosjohn69 i find it funny how just because somebody (trent) gets acknowledged for an achievement and shows up at the awards ceremony in a suit and tie, all the moronic "hardcore" NIN fans start bashing him for being a sell out. he's like 40+ years old, what do you expect, him to show up in black leather and chains and start screaming fuck you corporate america? i hope that when you are all 40+ years old, you try doing exactly that and seeing how seriously people take you.
