We were asked to define Music Therapy. It's a pretty broad assignment, but I knew exactly what I'd present- my brother, who, without knowing it, depends on Music Therapy every day. I recorded "My Own Two Hands" by Ben Harper and Jack Johnson because that song reminds me of him. I hope it clarifies what Music Therapy is (everyone always asks me) and also why I love it so much!
