  • My Mother has worked at WalMart for the past 12 years. I guess it just my choice not to shop there. I think about all the people who lost there jobs because the factories were force to move over seas. I can't blame it all on WalMart because it was more our government and laws like NAFTA which sent many jobs to Mexico. Also in China there is cheap labor, little concern for safety (ours and theirs) or the environment (which we all live in). I have traveled in China and love the people. What to do?

  • I just use a simple Kodak camera in video mode and just hold it at arms length. Then I just start talking. Not much thought goes into it.

  • This video influences me on what is hopefully going to be my style when I start uploading videos of myself on YouTube.

Digital Video Cameras with a voice recorder costs around $600 at WalMart. If I see one second hand for around $200, I will get it. I did see a DV Camera secondhand for $100 but it had no microphone although it did have a zoom lens.

I visited the street where you are walking, years ago.

  • Don't shop at WalMart

  • WalMart, Big C in Thailand are stores that routinely get really low priced electronics from china and selling it real cheap, or dumping as it is called, undercutting local industries

The vests, how every WalMart or Big C looks pretty much the same

I have to say that I still like WalMart very much. Good people work there. Low prices. Reliable and with the stability of a large chain store. :)

  • I noticed that in Thailand, when I was there in 2003, that there were no WalMarts there. Is this an accident?

There are a whole lot of stores that probably borrowed a few pages from the WalMart handbook and that is Big-C.

Big C is also a street name for cocaine.
