Good job. Excellent information. Empowerment is key when dealing with any issue, especially legal issues. Illegal tape recordings are not admissible in a court of law under no circumstances. hence, you need to research the laws of your state as advised in the above video. Know that there is no substitute for legal knowledge, even if we have an attorney. We are surrounded and governed by laws 24/7-we need to know what legal protections are offered us under the law.

@jjrizo Actually this is the case in most of these so called Courts, so the next best course it to have one or two or three people take notes.

Is there going to be follow-up videos? The info is good but this video stops short of what to do to fight a case.

@DJKeebler808 Yes, but it is all based on setting up the team of five. I am always afraid of giving out too much information that will cause people to get in trouble. The key to make this work is to have your team of five in place, file the correct paper work, then never go to court again in your skin.
