I think you have made something wrong on the " I swear on this city mekka ".
To swear on anything else then Allah is HARAM even something that wont be forbiden. That´s what I have heard. If you belive in me. Change that to " I do call to witness this City" thats the translation from Yusuf Ali. Thank you :)
