Yeah, it is some version of a Sense UI ROM. This is most likely a GSM HTC Hero ROM.
The GSM HTC Hero was the first phone to have Flash on it. It is Flash Lite though.

That's A SenseUI web browser. That's why there's flash in it. That means you must be using some kind of Hero rom.
