The official trailer for director Jane Campion's drama Bright Star. The story is based on the three-year romance between 19th century poet John Keats and Fanny Brawne, which was cut short by Keats' untimely death. Opens in limited release this fall. http://www.brightstar-movie.com/

  • Saw this movie last night and sat amid the butterflies today, wishing Keats had lived to know what a gift he was to this world. Thanks for posting this lovely trailer.

  • I think out of all the love stories I've read or witnessed or watched in movies, the love story between John Keats & Fanny Brawne is my favorite.

This movie is brilliant, but I half-wonder if the real story is even more than this.

  • I've been watching this trailer for ages. Perfection.

  • Ben Whishaw has this sensitive aura ... he is really one of my favourite actors and his eyes are so expressive

  • "There is a holiness to the hearts affections you know nothing about!" Profound. So many couples wed and shall never embrace the magnitude of such holiness. Yes, holiness.

  • When you hear that voice saying -"I almost wish we were butterflyes and liv's but three summer days-three such days with you I could fill with more delight than fifty common years could ever conatin."- you can't really say you don't feel something inside you that gives you warm fuzzy good feelings about everything

  • "I almost wish we where butterflies and lived but three summerdays, three such days with you i could fill with more delight than fifty common years could ever contain" just too perfect.

  • What is the name of the song at 1:27?
