Nonsense. GOOG won't gig you because someone built your links from outside your country. They punish you because the QUALITY of the links is bad. And that's where it gets interesting ... can ANYONE who doesn't work for your firm and has your expertise do this the right way?
(Yes, of course, but it's unlikely that non-your-language-speakers can pull it off)

Did you link back out to sites? or was it all external link building? if so, then those ukrainians have a great business in sabotage. This is an important question. Please let me know your thought.

yea thats the same problem I have with my site. I have put thousands into my site and have done everything that Seo guys have suggested. Nothing works, I have tried the reconsideration request at least 10 times with nothing more then a automated response that seemed like they didnt even look at it. I feel doomed by google and this is terrible because I have done everything to prove that I would do anything for them to notice me. :'(

Great info... Our site was also penalized and dropped rankings badly... we submitted a reconsideration request, but we are still in the same spot!
