According to Keenan:

For all the treasure handed in, certificates were given to those who surrendered their precious metals."


Many of the bonds seized by Dal Bosco are backed with the Chinese gold taken by the Federal Reserve Board during those years and never returned to its legal owners.


Other bonds seized were Kennedy bonds.

@coldswagger0015 - Well, true that, sorta, but not exactly. It can be looked at that way - I suppose but..Are Mexican citizens American? People born in Hawaii are American yet they were not born in North America. On the other hand, all people born in Europe are considered European no matter the country they are from. You have somewhat of a point but Canadian's don't like being called American even though they were born on the continent of North America.

@boyjoja- Google devinecosmos (David Wilcox) Theres an audio inview with Fulford about the Dragon Family. Fulford is an American fluent in Japanese.He is a respected jorunalist who use to work for Forbes International Mag. I find Fulford very creditable and honorable with Japanese values and morals. He's highly respected in the Asian community. That says volumes about his character. A 111pg PDF lawsuit file. Reads like a spy novel. Fulford reveals something ironic.
