How did you install it don't you have to install Windows 3.1 from a floppy drive?

i run it from my hard, but when i tried to install ther other version, it gave me error, and it told me that i had to run it from floppy, i think Windows 3.1 is the only old windows that you can instal from the hard to the hard

the Windows 1.0 was a beta! windows 1.01 1.1, 1.04 are the realesed windows versions

3.1 is amazing for buissness so I suggest shuting up. If you only type documents why buy Vista when you could get 3.1

yeah, in fact windows 1.01, 2.03, 286, 386, 3.1, 95, 98, and Me all ran on top of dos, the NT series (which later became windows 2000, XP, and Vista) were the versions that didn't run on dos.
