Brute force electrolysis using straight 12-Volt DC off of a optima yellow top deep cycle battery car/truck battery. This Mini Torch appears to be putting out some serious gas.

Config: 4-plate config using home depot style stainless steel plates. (wall switch/outlet covers) Arranged in a neg, pos, neg, pos configuration. Tight spacing.

Will update as I get more information.

  • I am surprised to see you are not use a bubbler..strongly recomended!

  • It does have a bubbler, its just very small. It is in the video, and also made reference to it.

  • how are u preventing flashback

  • The use of 'fine bronze wool' works as a flash-back prevention device. It is used with sanding of expensive woods and chrome. Mainly used for boating. Also, have an inline bubbler to help prevent explosion back into the HHO-Cell.

  • All the times the mini-torch was lit, it only flashed back to the bronze wool once. It stopped it from going back into the line. Never made it to the bubbler.

  • ours too, we are using a cigarette filter and it worked perfectly we are turning our power supply off while the torch is lit and it puts it right out and never gets to the bubbler. very effective

  • Very Nice!

So we have 3 very effective flash-back prevention devices: fine bronze wool, cigarette filter, fish tank air stone

Keep up the excellent work guys, this is where change happens! --H0AX--

  • YO! sirHOAX why you never respond to messages?

  • Rather than use a short tip, i just crimped a longer piece of same diameter copper pipe, i ran the copper pipe thru the center of each cork, filled the pvc with hose with heavy duty automotive coolant.

  • Good stuff, ive made a few of these aswell, if you want to try a different cooling system, all i did, was get 25mm clear pvc hosing.I got 2 standard wine corks, drilled a hole in each end.

  • Big power in small places , Love the setup Bro!

    Keep up the good work.

Oh and crazzieg check your messages, we lost you somewhere along the line.

  • You folks are starting to sound like an organized team. :) :)

    Great stuff.

  • More flash back prevention put 2 or 3 loops in the output hose tied with wire tie put some water in the loops these pockets of water act like a flame stop and don't cause much restriction to the gas. Its primitive but works well. Output to bubbler I ment.
