@Svartriddare I actually wonder if Konami is within their rights to sue for making a GOOD remake. They still own the original game, and so arguably what Ubisoft did counts as plagiarism, even if they own the TMNT license now.

@Columbi185 It's an issue of rights. Ubisoft remade the game after attaining the license to make TMNT games because they were worried that they still would not be allowed to make a straight port of the game, as it was still property of Konami. This means that some aspects of the original game, like music, were still a sticky issue.

Why isnt Konami suing Ubisoft's ass by now for making a shitty Remake of a good game that didnt need a ****ing Remake? I swear this classic should be in every other game consoles out there by now , the only thing it need's now is 4 player and online but not a Total effing REMAKE !!!!

It's a shame these classic tunes aren't in the new xbox version:( These are so much better what were they thinking.
