There is a lot of confusion about ab workouts, should you do them every day or just once a week? The arguments go on endlessly on bodybuilding forums everywhere and the reason is that there is no right answer, it depends on your goals!

  • @mihailimitlessHD weird bone in the center of the chest? da fuq? its called sternum and scoliosis doesnt equal fucked up sternum otherwise a huge chunk of the population of the world would have it (like 70% of western society has some form of scoliosis if i recall correctly

    also, you cant diagnose scoliosis from the front

    you have scoliosis your shoulders aren't symmetrical, that's why you work out and when you where a kid u had a weird bone growing in the center of your chest so you covered it up with big pecs? true? please be honest i kinda have the same thing

  • @Michel0555 its not enough.Abs are small muscle ,they dont need 5 days 2 recuparate like legs or back.But daily is 2 much.2 times/week is ideal 4 abs growth.The guy with best abs in the world-ahmad haidar trains 5-6 times/week but he does maintenance .

  • @Michel0555 Well they are just like any other muscle in your body so to make them grow and pop out you have to increase resistance just like in any other muscle.But to make them show up you must have low body fat regardless.If you do already have low body fat however they will be flat already even if you dont work them out.But still they can be worked out more often than once a week imo.

    You gotta train them high intensity to get them big and strong with deep curves.

    High intensity like with a plate behind your head right?

    But you gotta have low bodyfat for them to show up in the first place.

  • @Michel0555 I tried his intense ab workout once a week. It's only been 2 weeks, and I can already tell it has done me more good than working out a bit lighter 3 times per week.

  • if you want flat abs just have low body fat.If you want six pack abs work them like any other muscle... but they can be worked more often then once a week imo.3 times a week is fine.
