    It all starts with the writing. Good writers are few in Hollywood. Whedon, Sorkin, Abrams, Darabont are among the cream of the crop. I'm very happy for Whedon's success. He's achieved "A" list status for writer/directors.

    firefly seems to have taken too many chances to be forgiven by the self righteous (wagon train), and too few to satisfy the endstage vulgar (deadwood). i dig the imagination and humanity of it entirely.
