There's nothing strange with her voice. She's trying to sing it exactly the way she sounded originally in the studio version, which was released more than 10 years ago. Obviously her voice has changed. She could have made an arrangement of course, but what the hell. It's Bonnie after all and she sounds funky, cheerful and overall, awesome as usual.
