I understand your lifelong struggle with weight. I have experienced many of the things you are talking about. I think it takes courage to document your journey. Courage is obviously one of your strengths. It is such a wondering thing you are doing for yourself to make this commitment to your health and well being, so congratulations on making that commitment. I am sure your videos will be an inspiration to many (including myself!). I am looking forward to hearing how your are doing.
