Actually, Fort Myers, FL. That's a Florida plate, but I don't remember which style it is. Florida has some absurd number of plate styles to choose from -- at least 50 I think.

I'm told the wheels are from an RX-7, but you might check that with vbrendanp to be sure (it's actually his car).
