Alpha is great, Sensei is perfect. Ojisan's voice fits, but he sounds a little hesitant.
Again, great work with the background sounds of the seagulls. I'd love to hear a change of sound effects while she is underwater (when she can't hear gulls, but watery noises?).
Alpha's voice at the very end... lovely.
