I came in here to find the history of the AT&T merger. I thought that the "Finland AT&T Merger" commercial was, uh, a well-targeted ad. I ignored it... then the video ended.

Usually, a merger requires a reorganization of two entities. That is, properties are redistributed and people tend to get cut in the process. So if you and I were managers in separate companies and a merger between our companies was taking place, then one of us would be the manager and the other would be another employee. :)
