watch part 2.5 also and 3 to see it finished
The first thing we did was use old bmx parts the were stock off my old bmx. I used the regular set up for a bmx bike without the wheels and cranks. keep the chain for later. Take skateboard trucks off a crap board and use the same hardware. if the skis are thin use brake pad spacers in order to keep the screws from going threw the bottom the the ski. set up the trucks centered and mark and drill the holes then screw em on. dont use an electic driver so you dont over drill. then a handy dremmel to grid out some of the spots so the trucks fit in the 14mm drop out. The axle from the trucks dont go in the drop outs. the part where the truck axle is wat goes on the drop outs. then using a handy-dandy hammer slam the crap out the the fram and forks so that the edge of the trucks and in line with the drop outs. for the back drop outs use 2 chains (or one) that is somewhat tight in order to keep the back end from falling off. But for the front you might have to find a way to keep the trucks on b/c i had an SE bike and they had a spacer/locking piece that kept the hub in line.
how did u slam the frame cuz i cant get my frame to bend
