BUYING A HAMMOCK IN PUERTO ESCONDIDO MEXICO

The hammock vendors can always be found near the beach in Puerto Escondido on the coast of Oaxaca in southern Mexico. In the colorful traditional clothing of their home town
Juchitan, the ladies walk all day with their hammock inventory stacked on their head. These traditional hammocks are hand made. They come in various colors and sizes. Some are made of cotton thread others of nylon thread.
