saw them in 05 and people kept chanting for Stupid Girl. Scooter said something to the effect of "If you came here just to hear that you song then you might as well leave because we're playing songs true Cold fans want to hear." Then in 09 they played it. Lame.

you know how many artist do that? alot, i dont see anything wrong with that... and for scooter to say that stupid girl is out of the list, is wrong from his side. the year of the spider was cold's best selling cd, personally i love cold and i love that cold stays truth to the band but once in a while u gotta have something different... like a different sound not always so depressed and pissed, but whatever i love COLD and the killer and the star!!!!!!!

@quezada2188 well the sound of depressed and pissed is awesome. and Year of the spider is the best selling album because of a song scooter didnt rite. how would that make you feel? ....and ya there's nothing wrong with bands changing but the fact that i don't like them any more....my favorite bands are cold, staind and seether; well all of what they use to be. now they suck...imo

"Probably never will again." That's really funny because I saw them in Columbus in April and they definitely played this song lol. I can understand why that must frustrate Scooter a lot though.

I saw them play this summer, and they did play Stupid Girl, but Scooter sort of apologized for it, saying that it wasn't a song about hating women and it wasn't meant to be offensive. He sort of won me over after that. I LOVE COLD!!!

It's not the label's fault, they (label) are in it for the money and the song had potential to sell as a single more than the other songs in the album.

@1CoLd3 - I hate to say it, but he prolly just wants Cold to get popular again and decided that by appeasing the masses, he can do that. Think about it. Some lame "fan" who go into Cold because of Stupid Girl goes and see them on tour this year, after the new record comes out. They play Stupid Girl and the "fan" is happy. So they go out and buy the new record. Now think about it. If Cold DID NOT play that song, the "fan" would prolly be pissy and not support the band anymore. Sucks.

i had a feeling something wierd about that song. i always skip it in my list. never really liked it. been a fan for years. Scooters songs speak thru me and that one never really vibed me that way. happens all the time and 13 ways to bleed on stage best ever oh and a song for star gone away.in my opinion

Thats funny cause they opened with Stupid Girl at a concert here in Tampa :-/
