ok really? how many times must i post this.... never EVER use a heat gun. its do direct and only heats from the top side... you need an iR waveform solder machine to remove this component.

put 6950 graphics chip in there with an i5 2500k,damn the xbox 360 sucks

@pistolxkilla Everyone hates the video because the heat gun is not appropriate for this kind of work. Heat gun creates extreme temperature differentials that will crack the package. Heat gun is okay for a 15 to 20 second reflow but not resoldering a BGA.

This might work but you would need to use some foil to cover up the areas you don't want to get hot

Try a reflow station, not a cheap heat gun that will harm the gpu and cpu
