501 prisoners have now been released, and the administration has stated that it only intends to try between 60 to 80 of the 273 prisoners who remain in Guantánamo. Mr. McCain are you saying the Bush administration released 501 terrorists?

McBush flat out lies about Geneva conventions. The MCA explicitly excludes applicability of the Geneva conventions. It doesn't forbid torture but confessions made under torture may not be used. But torture isn't even defined anywhere. That's why they had all these discussions about waterboarding and how it's not torture (it is according to Geneva conventions). The Supreme Court did the right thing. The Bush/Cheney MCA RAPED the Constitution and human rights.
