theres alot difference in the wifi options for example i was not able to access my colleges internet before becasue cupcake only supportedd wep now it supports the encryption that the school uses

You can switch on or off the animation in the sound and display settings menu.

You completely missed the addition of both the VPN capabilities and the speech synthesis. Wi-Fi now supports WAP2-Enterprise. As others noted, you missed the new functionality of the search bar. Voice command starts quicker. In Security and Location, there is now a "Secure Credentials" bit too. The "Manage Applications" section now calculates on the fly so that you can work with the list instead of waiting for it to finish first. Also left out the search settings. Plus more. Poor review, IMHO.

Search is all new... it has global search (meaning it searches the phone as well as google)
