As a bettor I enjoy playing charlestown, but for stakes racing purposes the track is absolutely terrible for quality horses, the track is way too small, its more like having a handling race than a speed race, they did 6 turns or 3 depending on how you look at it

This was probably the most legit stakes horses that you'll ever see in the same field short of a Breeders Cup race. As a matter of fact, this field reminded me very much of the same kind of field that you'd be likely to see in the B.C. Dirt Mile. Any number in this race with the credentials to win it. I think Duke of Mischief caught a break that the race ended up being ran on an off-track though. Not sure DOM would've won this race on a dry, fast track?
