This is awesome ! Thank you so much ! I have lower back problems and couldnt do rear shoulder workouts where you stand up and bend over, but this puts almost no pressure on my back ! Thanks again ! These muscles have always bothere me, finaly I get to buff them up as well !
maybe u can do some flexibility workout for your lower back , hamspring ,quads and some strength workout for your abdominal hamspring quads glutes and eat some omega 3 fish oil and joint product .this may help your lower back problem
