  • i hate doing this exercise !! but suffer now and enjoy the results

  • does not matter. it is not the most efficient rear delt exercise. in fact that is a very difficult way to hit your rear delts. as i said earlier that exercise should be labeled "medial delt workout" due to the fact that the medial delt is what is primarily targeted by that exercise.

  • This is a bad-ass exercise ,it always gives me an awfull pain on the left shoulderblade .Is there any alternative exercise for the rear deltoids? I want to be a big muscle man ,and i can do every exercise beside of this one .Any advise?
