  • Are you kidding? for a guitarist the most complicated song from muse can learn en 10 min. Dream Theater is virtuosity, is a living encyclopedia for the best musicians in the world.

  • its funny how everyone thinks they know so much. everyone has their own opinion. you should not jump down someones throat for liking or dislikeing a band. calling eachother faggots, and saying other stupid shit to eachother. I for one Love dream theater. The whole band is great. dont like my opinion? tough shit! We all have our own opinions. stop being narrow minded!

  • @KalenNarcotic Rock Band introduced me too! I love music man

  • so horrible to Play Guitar Bass This song ...Wew John Myung awesome Goodluck Master ....

  • James is an amazing singer, his live performances are always so good, and mike portnoy, a god

  • It's kind of hard to promote my amazing Dream Theater video I made when you won't accept my video response!

  • LaBrie openly said they draw influence from Muse for the Octavarium record, and Never Enough is well the proof (: However, they added the indecent virtuosity DT style...

  • @vinzorelli

That's a nice point of view. The instance I heard the first riff of this song, it reminded me of muse, instantly (I was a fanatic for Muse, not so much now.) But that's not saying bad of this song! Muse can do some pretty kickass riffs, so kickass that they inspire DT to make kickass songs like this!

Now that you mention it, Panic Attack does have some resemblance with Muse, but not so much. IMO, the main riff of Panic Attack is very similar to the Never Enough riff. Good stuff!

  • @qazifaran because DT like muse and decided to take muse-like riffs and play them on steroids. panic attack is also inspired by them.

  • why does it sound like stockholm syndrome by muse?

  • @KalenNarcotic Haha, i'm not too much for saying it myself, but Rock Band introduced Dream Theater to me as well, and i haven't loved a band more. :D

  • 2:15 John Myung on stage left!
