300 pounds. I came up with this to allow me to work the first few inches of the stone lift, but take all the pressure off the back. I credit it for finally getting the 240 pound stone. I can't say if it will help others. I had a bicep weakness that I needed to overcome. The video was taken on a warm October day.
No freakin way! I just figured that out today too! I used my dip stand and took off one the ends of my 45lb oly bar and rack up about the same amount of weight. Crazy huh? :) 5 stars!
