18 Month Ava DelRicco was critically injured when the car she was riding in with her mother Ann Marie DelRicco was violently rearended in a firey crash in Ocean City Maryland. Andre James Kaczynski, 47 from a neighboring town took PCP before driving and walked away with not injuries in the horrific wreck. Ann Marie sustained internal injuries, head trauma and a fractured arm but has since been released and is by Ava's side daily with husband George DelRicco. George was a standout linebacker for Virgina Tech as well as high school powerhouse Dematha in Hyattsville, MD. The man who did this is not in jail. he was released not once but twice. not even a week after nearly killing that poor little girl he was arrested when he was seen driving at high rates of speed again with pcp AGAIN and released AGAIN. I dont know what the judge was thinking....

Absolutely unbelievable....I hope the monster who did this has a pain in his heart every day for the rest of his life for the pain he caused this innocent little angel and her family.
