Afghanistan Hearing Questions

In his questions at the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Afghanistan strategies hearing, U.S. Senator Dick Lugar asked Rory Stewart, Director of the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy at Harvard University, about an alternative way to view the Taliban, the results of various numbers of troops on the ground in Afghanistan, and the conceivability that Afghanistan can develop a stable government and lessen the threat to its neighbors.
