Polish Lesson One: Zaczynamy od Początku

Some friends have been pestering me to put up some basic Polish lessons online, so here I am, finally getting around to it.

Vocab! (wow, this is so exciting!)

Dzień dobry--Good day. (usage: hello)
Dobry wieczór--Good evening. (usage: hello)
Cześć--Hi
Jak się masz? How are you?
Co tam? What's up?
Jak tam? What's up?
Dobrze--Good
zaczynać--to begin
od--from
początek--beginning

Incidentally, this is my first video EVAR! lol. So go easy on me. I didn't prepare; I just completely winged this thing. My timing is also impeccable--my camera ran out of space right at the end. Brain like a stopwatch.

Polacy--prosze mi wybaczyc...moja wymowa jest teraz w dupie.

@Nekropolia No one who speaks another language has the accent. You ever heard a native German speak english? They don't have English accent

I teach Polish to Scots in Glasgow and I simply admire you! Your lessons are well structured and you explain everything so clearly. I liked 'fresh cheese' and I use it sometimes to make things easier for my students:) It's amazing that an American girl gives lessons on Polish! Dziękuję! Nie pracuj tak dużo, masz jedno życie! Czekam na kolejne lekcje!
