it's actually refreshing to encounter someone who doesn't feet that appearance makes LEA and Tracy Chapman similar. However, she does have a tonality and energy that reminds one of the powerful Ms. Chapman

I have seen LEA perform several times - in smaller venues where the intimacy and feeling are more apparent and her magnetism comes to the fore. She is a deeply sensitive soul - a rare gem in the music industry.
