First Pencil Animation

Heres a little something i did earlier today. its my first time ever doing 2d animation and its also my first time ever using this software, downloaded it a few hours ago. Just was messing around with it and decided to post it. You'll notice the timing and some other things are all screwy but i have no idea how to fix it so you may have to watch it a few times to see it all.

Thats really good! Does anyone know how to put vids from pencil onto youtube, cos whenever I try, it wont play them, as the file formats wrong?

@wizardgir11 are you sure you mean 7.26 MB a cheap memory stick is normally 1G, i have a 1 Terabite/1000G external hard drive that cost me £50. The price and availability really depends on where you live. The best make is a company called Western Digital or WD. Try their website. Hope this helped :)
