low impact, medium power one arm dumbbell dead lift, clean, and clean & press done with an outward rotation on the way up and an inward rotation on the way down for coordination and joint stabilization. These low weight exercises are designed to develop balance, strength, and joint stability for beginners who want to progress to more traditional lifts and more powerful variations in a safe way.

  • @jhkaraca very true. this is really just joint conditioning for beginners and older exercise enthusiasts to prepare for the "wrist flip" involved with a dumbbell clean
